FTP Customer Pick-Up
Our FPT Customer Pick-up offers a quick and easy way for customers to download files from our FTP site. Contact your Account Consultant or Customer Service Representative for the Username and Password, and follow the instructions below.
1. Click on the Download Files link below
2. Fill in the Username and Password
3. Click "OKAY"
4. Locate your file
5. Drag and drop to your desktop
